# Red Rock Country Club Market Activity: Week of Oct 19 to 25, 2026

Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin, Las Vegas added 5 new listings and closed no sales this week. 31 homes are for sale and none are under contract. Sellers lowered the price on 3 homes. Over 90 days, the median sale was $1,900,000, or $602 per square foot.

**Rich's Take:** The slow market slowed down even more last week. Nothing went under contract and nothing closed, so supply rose to about 7.2 months from 5.8 last week. Buyers have 31 homes to choose from, minimal competition this week, and a lot of time to make those choices.

Remember: If you trade (sell and buy) in the same market, the discount you give on the sale you can get back on the purchase. Price against recent closed sales, not listing prices on homes not selling. I can help you with all of this.

One of RRCC’s five new listings isn't new. It was withdrawn at $3,295,000 and relisted at $3,299,000, which is a bold way to respond to a slow market. The three price cuts were about $1,000, about $500 and $4. Yes, four dollars. My guess is these were all made strictly to have the listings pop up on mls searches.

If you're selling in Red Rock, price to the last closed sale near you, not a current listing price. If you're buying, this is when you negotiate because you have the leverage.

No homes closed this week, so these figures use the past 90 days (Jul 27 to Oct 25, 2026, 13 sales).
